For us here at Halse, coaching is about finding your strengths and using them to help create the world you want to live and work in.

To be very clear, coaching is not therapy, coaching is an action orientated process of checking in and working with you to challenge your limiting beliefs and ask you questions that you have never been asked before, only there will you find answers that you didn’t already know.

For me personally, coaching has transformed my life and since I obtained my first coaching qualification in 2016 it’s been changing things for those around me too. I have seen first hand the impact of positive coaching on team performance and it’s impact to improve resilience and support huge growth and personal development in teams.

The beautiful thing with coaching is the double benefit. Coaching for workplace performance almost always elicits positive change in the personal life of the coachee. Coaching around personal growth is often a huge unlock to professional growth and improved workplace performance.
